Our client designs and manufactures high-performance technology solutions used in critical operations worldwide. The Role Deliver expert guidance on RF and microwave design within the R&D team. Drive the product lifecycle from initial research and specs to prototyping and testing. Develop broadband RF circuits spanning MHz to 10+ GHz. Translate client requirements into hardware architectures and maintain technical documentation. Provide technical support for existing in-service products (occasional international travel required). Requirements Strong background in RF/microwave design within defence, aerospace, or related industries. Hands-on laboratory measurement and testing expertise. Ability to work from loose customer briefs and perform well under pressure. Clear, precise technical documentation skills.
