      <description>Location: Hereford | Salary: &amp;pound;70000 - &amp;pound;80000/annum | Type: Permanent | YT Tech is currently partnering with an established leader in defence and aerospace technology to recruit an experienced RF Engineer. Our client designs and manufactures high-performance technology solutions used in critical operations worldwide.   The Role       Deliver expert guidance on RF and microwave design within the R&amp;D team.       Drive the product lifecycle from initial research and specs to prototyping and testing.       Develop broadband RF circuits spanning MHz to 10+ GHz.       Translate client requirements into hardware architectures and maintain technical documentation.       Provide technical support for existing in-service products (occasional international travel required).      Requirements       Strong background in RF/microwave design within defence, aerospace, or related industries.       Hands-on laboratory measurement and testing expertise.       Ability to work from loose customer briefs and perform well under pressure.       Clear, precise technical documentation skills.       Must be eligible for UK security clearance (BPSS minimum; higher-level vetting may be required).
