About the Role

An RF Engineer is required to join the Sedgefield team for a permanent, full-time position with Manpower UK. This onsite role involves hands-on design, simulation, test, and validation of advanced RF, microwave, and mmWave subsystems for mission critical communications in aerospace, defence, space, and telecoms. The position requires working with multi-disciplinary teams to deliver solutions from concept through to manufacture. Key skills include RF, microwave, and mmWave design experience, strong laboratory and measurement abilities, a collaborative and problem-solving approach, and eligibility for UK Security Clearance. A leading UK based engineering organisation is looking for an RF Engineer to join its Sedgefield Team, working on high performance RF, microwave, and mmWave technologies used in mission critical communications across aerospace, defence, space, and telecoms.
