Role: Rework Technician Location: Uxbridge (UB8) Pay Rate: -14- -15 per hour PAYE or Holiday paid -15.69- -16.81 Umbrella rates -18- -19 per hour PURPOSE OF JOB Modification, rework and upgrade of PCB assemblies to IPC 610 Class 3 standard. TECHNICAL KNOWLEDGE/QUALIFICATIONS At least 3 years'' experience in PCB production Hand soldering IPC 610 Class 3 trained Use of fine tools and microscopes Computer literate PRIMARY ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES Removal and replacement of a wide variety of SMT components down to 0201 and 01005 dimensions. Removal and replacement of a wide variety of SMT and thru-hole IC packages and connectors including DIL, uBGA, BGAs PGAs, QFPs Build product according to customer specifications and requirements Ensure all work is completed to specified levels of acceptable workmanship. Follow company procedures and work instructions at all times.
