Job Title: Rewards Specialist Location: Bournemouth (Hybrid Working) Salary: Up to 40,000 We are currently recruiting for a detail-driven and analytical Rewards Specialist to join a growing organisation based in Bournemouth. This is an excellent opportunity for someone with strong data skills and a solid understanding of reward processes to play a key role in shaping and supporting compensation and benefits strategies. You will work closely with HR and Finance teams, providing insights and ensuring reward frameworks are competitive, compliant, and aligned with business objectives. Key Responsibilities Support the design and delivery of compensation and benefits programmes Analyse reward data to provide insights and support decision-making Maintain and update salary benchmarking and market data Assist with annual salary review and bonus processes Ensure reward practices are aligned with company policies and market trends Support reporting and data analysis using advanced Excel techniques Collaborate with payroll to ensure accurate processing of reward-related changes Provide guidance to stakeholders on reward policies and processes Contribute to continuous improvement of reward frameworks and systems Skills and Experience Advanced Microsoft Excel skills, including data analysis and modelling (essential) Basic understanding of payroll processes and how reward integrates with payroll (essential) Experience working in a reward, compensation, or HR analytics role Strong ..... full job details .....
