Reward Manager Duration - 3 months (initially) Location - London (Hybrid) Daily Rate - £400 Ir35 - Inside (Must use an umbrella company)OverviewWe are seeking an experienced Reward Manager to support and deliver key reward activities, including the annual salary review and bonus processes. This is a hands-on interim role focused on ensuring accurate, timely, and commercially aligned reward delivery.Key ResponsibilitiesLead and manage the annual salary review cycle, including planning, modelling, and implementationDeliver and administer the bonus process (STI), ensuring accuracy and governancePartner with HR and Finance to align reward strategies with business objectivesConduct salary benchmarking and provide market insightsSupport budgeting, pay modelling, and cost analysisEnsure data integrity across HR systems and reward toolsProvide guidance to stakeholders on reward policies and decisionsRequirementsProven experience in a Reward Manager or Senior Reward Analyst roleStrong knowledge of compensation processes (salary reviews, bonus schemes)Advanced Excel and data analysis skillsExperience working in fast-paced, complex organisationsStrong stakeholder management and communication skillsDesirableExperience with HRIS systems (eg Workday, SAP)Experience within large corporate or Matrix ..... full job details .....
