Rewards Manager
A well-established professional services organisation is looking for a Rewards Manager to lead the ongoing improvement of reward processes and systems. This role can be based out of Manchester or Bristol on a hybrid or remote basis (remote will definitely include occasional office visits).This role will act as the process lead within the Reward function, ensuring compensation operations are efficient, compliant and scalable across a complex, multi-country environment.Key responsibilities include:Leading enhancements to compensation and benefits processes and systemsDriving ongoing improvements to Workday Advanced Compensation, including automation and reportingManaging testing, issue resolution and user acceptance for compensation changesProducing and maintaining clear process documentation and controlsActing as the primary point of contact for reward process-related mattersPartnering with HR, Technology teams and external suppliersAbout you:Experience in Reward, Compensation or Benefits process improvementGood working knowledge of Workday Advanced CompensationProven ability to lead system-enabled change in a complex organisationStrong stakeholder engagement and communication skillsAnalytical, detail-oriented and improvement-focusedThis is a high-impact opportunity offering flexibility, visibility and ownership of core reward processes.
