I''m partnering with a large, well-known organisation going through a significant period of change and investment. As the business continues to evolve, reward is becoming an increasingly important part of the agenda, creating an opportunity for someone to genuinely influence how performance is recognised and rewarded across the organisation.Working closely with senior leaders, you''ll play a key role in shaping bonus and incentive programmes, using data and insight to support business decisions and challenge traditional approaches to reward. A particular focus will be helping thebusiness move beyond purely company-wide performance measures and explore new ways of recognising individual and team contribution.
