Key responsibilities Lead on the design and implementation of robust pay bands across the organisation in line with the EU Pay Transparency directive. Manage pay and benefit benchmarking to ensure compliance and competitiveness. Develop clear, practical pay policies and guidance that stand up to scrutiny. On a day-to-day basis you will own the annual pay award process end-to-end, partnering directly with business leaders.
