Now found in West London, we’re creating vibrant products, and sharing endless discovery.We are looking for a Reward Manager to join our team to shape our reward experience and deliver an excellent service to our employees.About the Role:As our Reward Manager, you’ll manage the UK and ROI reward operations, ensuring we offer a compelling and compliant reward proposition to our employees. You’ll partner with HR and business leaders to deliver fair, consistent, and market-aligned compensation strategies. From managing annual pay reviews and bonus processes to overseeing third-party providers and ensuring audit compliance, this is a role where your impact will be felt across the Group.Key Responsibilities:Contribute tothe annual compensation planning and managing pay review processesConduct market benchmarking and ensure competitive reward positioningAct as the Group’s subject matter expert on all things rewardManage third-party providers and ensure service excellenceDeliver accurate payroll and reward data, reports, and insightsDrive continuous improvement in reward systems and processesEnsure full legal and audit compliance across all jurisdictionsWhat Success Looks Like:Reward processes delivered on time, within budget, and to high standardsPositive feedback from employees and stakeholdersAccurate and timely year-end reporting and reconciliationsEffective use of HRIS and payroll systemsStrong third-party performance and contract managementWhat We’re Looking For:Proven experience managing reward operations in a complex businessStrong knowledge of HR, reward, and payroll best practicesExperience with HR and Payroll systemsSkilled in managing third-party relationshipsStrategic, proactive, and commercially mindedExcellent communication and influencing skillsIPPM or CIPD qualified would be advantageousWhat We Offer:Competitive salary and participation in company bonus schemes25 days holidays plus the public holidays, withthe option to purchase more through salary sacrificeBonus day off each year after 6 months of serviceAutomatic enrolment into our pension scheme after 3 monthsPrivate healthcare coverageLife assurance (with pension participation)Flexible working approachEarly Friday finish on paydayGenerous staff discount on our productsInterest-free season ticket loansSubsidised food and drink at our on-campus caféAccess to a wide range of wellbeing and financial benefits via our employee benefits portalIf this all sounds great and you feel you are who we are looking for, let us know and apply today.At Monsoon Accessorize we don’t focus only on what we do, we also care about how we do it.
