Reward ManagerBirminghamHybridTemporary - Circa 4 monthsClient DetailsMichael Page are proud to partner with a leading Birmingham based organisation to appoint for a Temporary Reward Manager to join a busy HR department.This role will mostly be based from the Birmingham office but some hybrid working can be offered business needs dependent.DescriptionWorking as part of a busy HR team, the role of Reward Manager is required on a temporary basis for circa 4 months.Duties will include but not limited to:Deliver HAY-based Job Evaluation activities, including facilitating evaluation panels and maintaining robust grading structures.Lead Equal Pay Audits and develop recommendations to ensure pay equity and compliance.Prepare reward analysis and supporting papers for Executive Remuneration Committee meetings.Act as a trusted HR specialist, supporting organisational change programmes and advising on employment legislation and best practice.
