An established and growing professional services firm is seeking a Reward Manager to join its UK people function and take ownership of the organisation''s reward agenda. The business has a strong people-first culture and is investing in its reward capability to support future growth, employee engagement and organisational effectiveness. The role offers the opportunity to drive meaningful change across compensation, benefits and reward strategy. Working as part of a collaborative HR team, you will lead the development and delivery of the firm''s total reward offering, partnering closely with senior stakeholders across HR, Finance and the wider business. The position will be hands on, with responsibility for reviewing and enhancing existing reward frameworks, evaluating and improving employee benefits, supporting annual compensation processes, and providing data-led insights to inform business decisions. You will also play a key role in the organisation''s transition to Workday, making previous experience of the platform advantageous. We are looking for an experienced Reward professional can quickly establish credibility within the organisation. You will have a strong background spanning compensation, benefits, job evaluation, salary benchmarking and reward analytics, ideally gained within a professional services environment.
