Key ResponsibilitiesLead the development and evolution of the organisation''s reward philosophy and total reward strategy.Review and harmonise existing compensation frameworks and reward programmes.Manage legacy reward arrangements while supporting the transition to a future-state reward model.Provide strategic oversight across compensation, benefits, executive reward and recognition programmes.Assess reward structures, identify opportunities for improvement and drive reward transformation initiatives.Partner with senior stakeholders to support organisational change and complex reward challenges.Advise on executive compensation, reward governance and policy ..... full job details .....
