Reward Director

I am working with a High growth PE backed tech business based in London who are looking to recruit their first Director of as their HR team and business evolves.You will set up and run the Compensation and Benefits function, shaping a modern, high-impact reward function that supports the business growth.Key Responsibilities: Establish and lead a new Compensation and Benefits business building reward frameworks, compliance and operating foundations needed to support the next phase of growth.Shape and integrate a scalable compensation and benefits strategy following a period of significant MandA activityCreate the strategic reward foundations that enable future growth, including job architecture, pay structures, governance standards, and a clear total rewards philosophy.Lead the implementation of strategic reward agendas, including EU Pay Transparency requirements, ensuring a fair, modern, and compliant reward approach across multiple jurisdictions.Act as the strategic reward partner to all leadership teams, advising on competitiveness, pay equity, affordability, and the reward implications of business transformation.Lead the global annual compensation review cycles, including merit, market adjustment, bonus, and promotion planning.Work with the Talent and Growth team to apply job architecture frameworks, conduct market benchmarking, and maintain salary banding supported by data and insights, with support from the wider HR team where required.Improve and manage reward ..... full job details .....
