Reward Coordinator

You'll play a key role in delivering a competitive reward offering that attracts, engages and retains colleagues. From managing benefits administration, pension processes and colleague queries to maintaining reward and recognition platforms, you'll ensure an outstanding colleague experience. You'll also support salary benchmarking, job evaluation using the Willis Towers Watson methodology, annual pay and bonus reviews, salary surveys, budget tracking and reward communications, while helping to maintain robust processes and data accuracy.

Location: 100% work from home / Fully remote 

Salary: £34,000 per annum plus fantastic employee benefits including Pension. 

We're looking for someone with experience in a Reward or reward-focused HR role who has strong analytical skills, excellent attention to detail and advanced Excel skills, including VLOOKUPs and Pivot Tables. Knowledge of salary benchmarking, annual pay reviews and job evaluation is highly desirable, along with the ability to manage competing priorities and communicate confidently with colleagues at all levels.
