Salary: c£60-65,000 Location: Remote (Offices in Sheffield, Manchester, Leeds, Birmingham, London) A range of excellent benefits including: Private medical insurance Pension Flexible/hybrid working arrangements Permanent opportunity Supportive and evolving Reward team About the Role As a Benefits and Recognition Manager, you will take ownership of the benefits and recognition agenda, leading the annual benefits renewal while strengthening governance, processes, provider management and ROI measurement. This newly created role offers genuine scope to assess the current landscape, identify opportunities for improvement and shape future benefits strategy and technology. You will work closely with the Reward team, HR stakeholders, brokers, insurers and third-party providers to deliver an effective, engaging and commercially focused benefits offering. Key Responsibilities Own end-to-end benefits governance, identifying risks and implementing robust, scalable processes and controls.
