About the RoleThis is an exciting opportunity to join a respected professional services firm and help clients build competitive, compliant, and engaging benefits programmes.They are currently looking for a skilled and proactive employee benefits professional to join the team, reporting directly to the head of department. You will play a key role in supporting and growing their employee benefits offerings and helping clients implement tailored benefits solutions.Key Responsibilities:Advise clients on the design, implementation, and ongoing governance of their employee benefits programmesMonitor and advise clients on regulatory requirements, including pension and insurance schemesDevelop and share benchmark intelligence on market norms and emerging practicesManage third-party relationships with insurers, brokers, and payroll teams on behalf of clientsPrepare communication materials and support clients with employee engagement and change initiativesEnsure clients'' benefits systems, processes, records, and documentation are accurately maintainedOversee the annual renewal cycle for benefits plans, including pricing reviews, claims analysis, and provider performance assessmentsSupport clients with escalated employee queries, complex claims, and provider issuesConduct regular client reviews to ensure benefits remain aligned with strategic objectives and budgetsSupport clients with audits, risk assessments, and compliance reportingBuild trusted relationships with senior ..... full job details .....
