Reporting into the Reward and Benefits Manager, this role will play a key part in supporting upcoming pay and bonus activity, working closely with People Partners and wider group teams.What you''ll be doingYou''ll support across a range of reward and data-focused activity, including:Preparing pay and bonus review files (Excel)Distributing pay and bonus filesData validation and sense-checkingSupporting with data queries (pay, bonus and Your Contribution)Reporting on pay and bonus outcomesProducing pay and bonus letters (mail merge)Supporting with benchmarking (nice to have, not essential)What we''re looking forStrong Excel skills (basic formulas, sums, VLOOKUPs, pivot tables)Comfortable working with data and high levels of detailConfident communicator who can collaborate with People Partners and group teamsOrganised, accurate and methodical in your approachExperience with mail merge is helpful but not essentialThe detailsSalary: Starting c 40k - 45k with flexibility depending on experience, plus benefits + bonus.
