Our HR Policy and Projects Service is looking for a passionate and dedicated Reward Analyst to join our team and help drive our pay, reward and job evaluation agenda. What You''ll Be Doing As a Reward Analyst, you will provide professional expertise across job evaluation, pay and reward, workforce analytics and organisational change projects. You will play a key role in ensuring that our pay and reward practices remain fair, transparent and evidence-based. You''ll manage and support the Council''s job evaluation process, provide expert advice to managers and HR colleagues, analyse workforce and reward data, lead reward-related projects and contribute to policy development and continuous improvement initiatives. Working closely with senior leaders and HR colleagues, you''ll help deliver insights and recommendations that support strategic decision-making across the organisation.
