What You''ll Be Doing As a trusted Reward specialist, you''ll have responsibility for: Developing and implementing reward initiatives, policies and programmes. Conducting salary benchmarking and market analysis to ensure competitiveness. Designing and reviewing incentive, bonus and recognition schemes. Supporting annual salary review and pay planning processes. Managing and reviewing employee benefits programmes. Ensuring reward practices remain compliant with relevant legislation and governance requirements. Providing expert advice and recommendations to HR teams and business leaders.
