This is a rare opportunity to join at a genuinely foundational stage. A newly appointed Director of Total Reward has just come on board and is establishing structure where very little currently exists, including a full review of executive compensation and a complete rebuild of the benefits offering. You''ll be a key hire in that build-out, working closely with the Director from day one.What you''ll be doing: Owning and managing benefits renewals and enrolments across the business Supporting the design and implementation of global reward structures and frameworks Bringing clarity and best-practice thinking to a function that''s currently being built from scratch Partnering closely with the Director of Total Reward on wider comp and benefits projects What they''re looking for: 3+ years'' experience in a Reward, Compensation and Benefits, or similar analyst role Comfortable working in ambiguity and fast-paced, evolving environments - scaling business background welcome A clear sense of "what good looks like" in reward and benefits practice Strong, articulate communicator who ..... full job details .....
