Reward Advisor

The Reward Advisor will play a key role in the People department, focusing on managing and enhancing reward and benefits programmes within a global business. This role offers hybrid working.

Description

The Reward Advisor will:

• Support the design, implementation, and management of reward and benefits schemes.
• Conduct regular benchmarking to ensure competitive pay structures.
• Provide advice and guidance to managers on compensation matters.
• Analyse data to monitor the effectiveness of existing reward programmes.
• Collaborate with external providers to manage benefits offerings.
• Ensure compliance with relevant regulations and company policies.
• Prepare reports and presentations for senior management on reward strategies.
• Support annual salary reviews and bonus processes.

Profile

A successful Reward Advisor should have:

• Proven experience in a similar role within Human Resources.
• Knowledge of reward, compensation, and benefits management.
• Strong analytical and data interpretation skills.
• Proficiency in HR systems (ideally SuccessFactors) and Microsoft Excel.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
