Revit Technician

Revit Techican (with CAD experience) - Milton Keynes

Pertemps Milton Keynes are currently recruiting for an experienced Revit Technician with 

Hours: 8:30am-5:00pm

Salary: £40,000 - £50,000 

Duties:

• Utilising relevant office project software including Revit & Navisworks.
• Produce AutoCAD and Revit Building Services drawings and models.
• Production of design coordinated 3D BIM models in line with current design practices
• Establish our Revit standards and QA procedures
• Ensuring all work complies with our CAD standards and QA procedures
• Setting up and maintaining BIM projects by linking updated architectural & structural models
• Finding clash solutions whilst co-ordinating mechanical, electrical, & plumbing services
• Assisting coordination of building services with design team member

Requirements:

• Proven experience as a Revit Technician, ideally within building services or a consultancy environment
• Strong working knowledge of Revit
• Experience with CAD 
• Experience with Navisworks and BIM coordination
• Understanding of BIM standards, QA processes and coordinated design
• Strong attention to detail and ability to work collaboratively within a team
