Revit Technician - Building Services ConsultancyLocation: NottinghamEmployment: Permanent, Full-TimeHours: 40 hours per weekSalary: £40,000 - £45,000 The OpportunityWe are recruiting for an experienced Revit Technician to join a well-established Building Services Consultancy, based in Nottingham. This is a great opportunity for someone looking to build on their existing Revit MEP skills while working within a collaborative, multi-disciplinary design environment. You will be supported throughout your professional development and have the opportunity to work across a wide range of projects and sectors. The RoleYou will provide technical support as part of a multi-disciplinary team consisting of Building Services Designers, Building Physicists and Document Controllers, delivering projects from feasibility through to detailed and fully coordinated design across RIBA Stages 0-5.Key Responsibilities Work collaboratively with Building Services Engineers to produce coordinated drawings Support the delivery of projects within a multi-disciplinary team Coordinate Building Services using Revit MEP Create and amend MEP families, objects, tags and annotations Create legends, schedules and templates Amend drawings using Revit MEP and AutoCAD Deliver project requirements within agreed timescales Maintain up-to-date knowledge of relevant industry, regulatory and design standards Provide guidance and support to junior staff and apprentices Follow BIM protocols and project standards Liaise ..... full job details .....
