Revit Technician

Responsibilities

Produce detailed technical drawings and 3D Revit models to support architects, engineers, and contractorsWork closely with design teams to ensure coordinated and clash-free outputsAssist with BIM coordination and maintain drawing/model standards across projectsCollaborate with external consultants and project stakeholders to align design deliverablesParticipate in design team meetings, inputting technical solutions and updatesSupport project documentation, drawings and schedules in line with client and industry standardsApply knowledge of building regulations, materials, and construction methodology in all detailingMaintain an organised drawing database and contribute to quality control processesWhat You’ll Bring

Minimum 5 years’ industry experience as a Revit Technician or similarProven experience working on commercial and/or residential developmentsStrong proficiency in Autodesk Revit and AutoCADSolid understanding of UK building regulations and construction detailingExcellent communication and coordination skillsStrong attention to detail and commitment to design integrityAbility to work independently and as part of a multidisciplinary teamBIM Level 2 project experience desirableWhy This Role?
