Join our dynamic Asset Information Team, where your expertise will directly support the Facilities Management of a diverse and expansive asset portfolio. We''re looking for someone who''s not just technically capable, but passionate about creating and maintaining high-quality Building Information Models that make a real impact.Responsibilities

Create, edit, and manage modelled information using Revit.Ensure all updates are accurately transmitted to the Common Data Environment (CDE) and accessible to end users.Conduct site surveys to validate existing or newly acquired data.Develop content that aligns with company standards and best practices.Qualifications

ACC/BIM 360 Cloud EnvironmentISO19650 Suite and modelling best practicesNavisworks for clash detection and model coordinationDrawing/document control and COBie data populationAutoCAD and MEP (Mechanical, Electrical, Plumbing) engineeringEven if you don\''t tick every box, we encourage you to apply - we value potential and a willingness to learn.Benefits
