This is a hands-on role for an experienced technician with 5-6 years'' experience, focused on Revit MEP modelling and coordination across building services projects. The Role You''ll develop and coordinate MandE models, taking ownership of your own modelling packages and working closely with engineers to keep every project clash-free and well documented. Your responsibilities will include: Developing mechanical, electrical and public health services in Revit. Coordinating building services against architectural and structural models. Taking ownership of assigned modelling and coordination packages. Identifying and resolving clashes, working closely with engineers where required. Attending coordination meetings and communicating modelling issues clearly. Producing accurate, coordinated drawings and project deliverables. Following BIM standards, modelling procedures and project workflows. About You We''re looking for: 5-6 years'' experience as a Revit or BIM technician or coordinator. Strong Revit MEP experience, with a good understanding of MandE building services and coordination. The ability to interpret engineering drawings, mark-ups and technical information.
