Revit/BIM Technician — £37,500 (starting salary) • Redruth, Cornwall • PermanentAn exciting opportunity has arisen for a Revit/BIM Technician to join a consultancy based on the outskirts of Redruth. The client provides full MEP Building Services across sectors including Healthcare, MOD, MOJ, Commercial and Industrial. This is a great time to join as they are winning projects and have a large project pipeline. You would join at the beginning of an exciting journey with the company.Responsibilities

Create and manage detailed Revit models for MEP projectsPrepare technical drawings, layouts, and construction documentationCoordinate Revit models with external consultants and internal project teamsEnsure compliance with UK building regulations and internal/Client BIM standardsSupport BIM coordination meetings and clash detection processesContribute to continuous improvement of BIM workflows and company standardsRequirements

Proven experience as a Revit Technician in a UK-based architectural or engineering practiceStrong proficiency in Autodesk Revit and a solid understanding of UK building regulations and construction methodsAbility to interpret architectural and engineering drawings with excellent attention to detail and organisational skillsGood communication and team collaboration abilitiesDesirable

Experience with Navisworks, AutoCAD, BIM 360, or other BIM softwareWhat you will receive
