Assist in clash detection and model coordination meetings. Organise and prioritise workload. Ensure consistent technical and drawing quality to company BIM standards to agreed deadlines. Act as project co-ordination for certain projects.ResponsibilitiesCarry out Revit MEP Modelling and Revit Drawing creation, 2D CAD drawing work, liaising with the lead engineer as necessaryGeneral DutiesLiaise with external design teams as necessaryComplete drawing issue sheet on behalf of engineers as necessaryDevelop and maintain BIM standards protocol, CAD standards protocol and layering standardsAssist with drawing collation and issueAdditional DutiesAssist with Project Archiving at end of a Project CompletionTo follow company administration systems including time sheets, expenses, control libraryImplement Company Health and Safety and all work comply with applicable health and safety regulationsMaintain personal and team CPD plans where requiredEnsure IIP accreditation and Quality Management Systems ISO 9001 and 14001 are adhered toExcellent presentation skills and client facing skillsMust have excellent advanced communication skillsMinimum 3 years’ experience – Revit MEPAt least 4/5 years’ experience – CADApply now
