Job Advert – Senior Revit MEP Technician (Contract)

Location: Warrington

Rate : Competitive Outside IR35

We’re working with a successful MEP design and build contractor specialising in the Food Production and Pharmaceutical sectors. Due to continued growth, they have an immediate requirement for a Senior Revit MEP Technician to join their team on a contract basis.

You’ll be part of a dedicated in-house design department, working closely with Mechanical, HVAC and Electrical engineers to deliver coordinated and efficient solutions for high-profile clients.

The Role

• Producing and coordinating detailed Revit MEP models and drawings
• Supporting engineers across Mechanical, Electrical and HVAC disciplines
• Ensuring designs meet client specifications, project standards and industry regulations
• Collaborating with the wider team to deliver projects on time and to the highest standard

About You

• Proven experience as a Revit MEP Technician, ideally at Senior level
• Strong background in Mechanical, HVAC and Electrical design coordination
• Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative design team
• Previous experience within the Food Production or Pharmaceutical sector would be advantageous
