An established and forward-thinking building services consultancy is seeking a skilled MEP Revit Technician to join their team in Oxford. Key Responsibilities:
Develop and produce detailed 3D models and drawings for mechanical, electrical, and public health systems using Revit MEP.
Work closely with engineers and other design professionals to ensure coordinated and accurate project documentation.
Support the design process from concept through to construction stage.
Maintain Revit standards and contribute to the continual improvement of BIM processes within the team.
Collaborate effectively in a hybrid working environment, ensuring productivity both in-office and remotely.
Requirements:
Proven experience as an MEP Revit Technician in a building services consultancy or similar environment.
Strong proficiency in Autodesk Revit MEP and AutoCAD.
Good understanding of building services coordination and construction detailing.
Ability to work collaboratively with multi-disciplinary teams.
Strong attention to detail and ability to manage deadlines effectively.
