A well-established, employee-owned Building Services consultancy is looking to appoint an experienced Revit MEP Technician to join its growing design team.

With over 35 years in the industry, the business has built a strong reputation across mission-critical, commercial, pharmaceutical, healthcare and data centre sectors. Upcoming projects include major pharmaceutical facilities and large-scale data centre developments, offering the opportunity to work on technically challenging schemes alongside experienced MEP engineers.

The successful candidate will have at least 5 years'' experience producing and coordinating MEP models within a Building Services environment and be confident working directly with engineering teams to deliver high-quality Revit models and drawings.

Key Requirements:

• Minimum 5 years'' Revit MEP experience within Building Services
• Strong MEP modelling and coordination skills
• Experience working alongside Mechanical and Electrical design engineers
• Ability to produce accurate, coordinated models and technical drawings
• Knowledge of BIM processes and project coordination
