Revit MEP Technician

This role is ideal for someone with a solid foundation in Revit and AutoCAD who is looking to further develop their BIM and building services experience within a collaborative technical environment.

You''ll be supporting the delivery of MEP design projects for a diverse client portfolio, working closely with engineers and project teams to produce high-quality coordinated models and technical drawings.

The Role

You''ll be involved in:

• Producing Revit MEP models and technical drawings
• Supporting mechanical and electrical building services projects
• Assisting with BIM coordination and model development
• Producing detailed design and construction information
• Working closely with engineers and project stakeholders
• Maintaining drawing standards and model quality
• Supporting project delivery across multiple sectors

Projects include work within healthcare, leisure, commercial and retail environments.

What They''re Looking For

• Experience as a Revit Technician or BIM Technician within building services
• Minimum 2-3 years'' experience using Revit and AutoCAD
• Strong technical drawing and model production skills
• Good understanding of MEP coordination principles
• Ability to work collaboratively within a project team
• Strong attention to detail and organisational skills

Experience within building services consultancy environments would be highly beneficial.
