Revit MEP Coordinator

Attention all Revit MEP Coordinators!

We are looking for a number of skilled Revit MEP Coordinators to join a leading building services consultancy, in a permanent staff position. As the successful candidate you will be required to work 5 days a week in our client''s Holborn office.

This role offers the opportunity to work on an exciting range of commercial fit-out and newbuild projects, with an experienced team.

-Competitive salary ranging from -45,00055,000 (depending on experience).

Key Responsibilities:

-Develop and manage 3D MEP models in Revit.

-Coordinate MEP services with architectural and structural designs.

-Run clash detection and resolve coordination issues using Navisworks.

-Support engineers with drawings and model updates.

-Ensure compliance with BIM execution plans and project standards.

-Communicate effectively with clients, consultants, and internal teams

What we are looking for:

-Proven experience in a similar Revit MEP Coordinator or BIM Technician role within building services.

-High level of proficiency in Autodesk Revit MEP and Navisworks.

-Solid understanding of UK building services.

-Familiarity with Common Data Environments (CDE) such as BIM 360 or Viewpoint.

-Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and specifications.

-Strong communication skills.
