Revit MEP Coordinator

Here at Blueprint Recruitment, we are looking for a skilled Revit MEP Coordinator to join a leading building services consultancy, in a permanent position. You will be required to work 5 days a week from our client''s London office.

This is a great opportunity to work on exciting commercial projects, with an experienced and motivating team.

-Salary ranging from -50,00055,000 (depending on experience).

Key Responsibilities:

-Develop and manage 3D MEP models in Revit.

-Coordinate MEP services with architectural and structural designs.

-Run clash detection and resolve coordination issues using Navisworks.

-Support engineers with drawings and model updates.

-Ensure compliance with BIM execution plans and project standards.

-Communicate effectively with clients, consultants, and internal teams

What we are looking for:

Essential:

-Proven experience in a similar Revit MEP Coordinator or BIM Technician role within building services.

-High level of proficiency in Autodesk Revit MEP and Navisworks.

-Solid understanding of UK building services and construction detail coordination to stage 5 & above.

-Experience working within a BIM Level 2 environment.

-Familiarity with Common Data Environments (CDE) such as BIM 360 or Viewpoint.

-Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and specifications.

-Strong communication skills.
