Revit MEP Coordinator

We''re looking for an experienced Revit MEP Coordinator to join a busy Design and Build contractor on an initial 10-month contract.You''ll work alongside an established design team of Engineers and BIM Coordinators, delivering Stage 4-5 residential and education projects. This is a hands-on coordination role covering full MandE services, including setting up and developing models from scratch where required.Remote working can be considered.What you''ll be doingCoordinating full Mechanical and Electrical Building Services in RevitDelivering projects across RIBA Stages 4 and 5Setting up and developing Revit models from scratchWorking closely with Mechanical and Electrical Design EngineersReviewing and coordinating consultant modelsResolving clashes and coordination issues through project deliveryWhat we''re looking forStrong Revit MEP coordination experienceBuilding Services / MEP contractor experienceConfident coordinating both Mechanical and Electrical servicesExperience working on detailed Stage 4-5 projectsAbility to independently set up and manage Revit modelsResidential or education project experience would be beneficialThe opportunity 35- 40 per hour, Outside IR35, with an initial 10-month contract and the flexibility for remote working.
