REVIT MEP COORDINATOR

This role offers the chance to work on complex data centre projects contributing to full MEP coordination, BIM modelling and technical delivery within a collaborative design environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Producing and coordinating Revit MEP models across data centre projects
• Supporting BIM coordination and clash detection processes
• Delivering coordinated models across RIBA Stages 3-5
• Collaborating with mechanical, electrical and multidisciplinary teams
• Producing detailed technical drawings and coordinated design outputs
• Ensuring BIM models meet project standards and delivery requirements
• Supporting resolution of design and coordination issues
• Contributing to efficient BIM workflows and project delivery

Key Requirements

• Proven experience working as a Revit MEP Coordinator or BIM Coordinator
• Strong proficiency in Revit MEP, AutoCAD and Navisworks.
• Experience within building services / MEP projects
• Strong understanding of BIM coordination and workflows
• Experience in clash detection and multidisciplinary coordination
• Good communication and teamwork skills
