Revit MEP Coordinator - Pharmaceutical ProjectsWatford Hybrid Working Considered 35- 40 per hour 3-Month Contract Outside IR35An exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced Revit MEP Coordinator to join a growing Building Services consultancy delivering technically complex pharmaceutical and advanced manufacturing projects.This Revit MEP Coordinator role is ideal for someone with a strong mechanical bias who enjoys producing coordinated Revit MEP models, solving complex coordination challenges and working closely with engineering teams throughout detailed design and construction.The successful Revit MEP Coordinator will join an established BIM team, support the delivery of technically demanding MEP projects while remain hands-on with modelling and multidisciplinary coordination.The RoleAs a Revit MEP Coordinator, you''ll be responsible for:Producing and coordinating detailed Revit MEP models across pharmaceutical and advanced manufacturing projectsCoordinating mechanical, electrical and public health services within multidisciplinary BIM modelsWorking closely with Mechanical Design Engineers to develop coordinated design solutionsResolving clashes and supporting model coordination throughout project deliveryProducing accurate construction drawings and technical documentationMaintaining BIM standards and model quality across live projectsSupporting projects through detailed design and construction phasesCollaborating with engineers, project teams and external ..... full job details .....
