Are you an experienced Revit Designer or Draughtsperson with a background in building services, looking to join a well-established company where you will work on technically challenging commercial and industrial projects?

On offer is an excellent opportunity to join a growing construction and building services company specialising in delivering high-quality mechanical and environmental solutions to commercial and industrial clients. Due to continued growth, they are looking for an experienced Revit Designer / Draughtsperson to strengthen their in-house design team.

This role would suit an experienced Revit Designer, CAD Technician or Draughtsperson with a background in building services, looking to work on a varied range of projects while taking responsibility for producing detailed drawings, 3D models and design documentation.

The Role

• Produce detailed 2D drawings and 3D models using Revit for building services projects.
• Develop and maintain accurate Revit models throughout the design process.
• Produce detailed layouts, plans, sections and construction drawings.
• Work closely with engineers to translate design concepts into detailed Revit drawings.
• Coordinate building services designs with architectural, structural and other disciplines.
• Identify and resolve design clashes and coordination issues within Revit.

The Person

• Experience working as a Revit Designer, Revit Technician, CAD Technician or Draughtsperson.
• Strong working knowledge of Revit.
• Previous experience within building services, M&E, mechanical or a related construction environment.
