BIM Technician / Revit TechnicianLeeds (LS12) Office-Based 5 Days per Week PermanentMy client is a leading BIM and Digital Construction consultancy specialising in BIM Management, MEP Coordination, Architectural Modelling, Model Federation and Digital Engineering support for major construction and infrastructure projects across the UK and internationally. They are based in Leeds (LS12) and are continuing to expand their technical delivery team. Salary 27,000 per annum (circa 1 year''s experience) 34,000 per annum (circa 3 years'' experience)The RoleProducing and developing BIM models using Autodesk Revit.Supporting BIM coordination and model review activities.Producing technical drawings and project documentation.Working alongside BIM Coordinators and Project Teams.Assisting with clash detection and model federation processes.Contributing to the delivery of major construction and infrastructure projects.RequirementsExperience using Autodesk Revit is essential.Relevant degree, qualification, or commercial experience within BIM, Architecture, Engineering, Construction or a related discipline.Good understanding of BIM processes and digital construction workflows.Strong communication skills and attention to detail.A desire to develop a long-term career within BIM and Digital Engineering.Important InformationPlease only apply if you:Have a relevant degree, qualification, or industry experience.Are comfortable with the advertised salary range of 27,000 - 34,000.Are able to ..... full job details .....
