The Opportunity
An excellent opportunity has arisen for a BIM Draughtsman to join a growing building services team working on a range of technically challenging projects across the UK. This role offers a clear pathway for progression as the team continues to expand.

The Role
You will support the production and coordination of detailed building services models, working closely with engineers and senior BIM leads. The role will focus on delivering high-quality Revit and AutoCAD drawings, with a strong emphasis on HVAC and mechanical services.

This is an ideal position for someone looking to take the next step in their career, gaining exposure to BIM processes while developing their own skills.

Key Responsibilities

• Produce accurate 2D and 3D drawings using Revit and AutoCAD
• Support the development of coordinated building services models (HVAC, ventilation, mechanical)
• Work closely with engineers to interpret and develop technical designs
• Assist with model coordination, clash detection, and drawing outputs
• Ensure work is delivered in line with project standards and deadlines
• Contribute to continuous improvement of BIM processes and workflows

About You

• Experience working as a BIM / Revit Draughtsman or Technician within building services
• Strong working knowledge of Revit and AutoCAD
• Background in mechanical services / HVAC / ventilation projects
• Understanding of BIM processes and coordinated design environments
• Keen to develop into a more senior, BIM-focused role over time
