Strong knowledge of the: Housing Act 1996 Homelessness Reduction Act 2017 Relevant homelessness legislation and case law Experience producing legally robust review decisions. Ability to manage complex cases and review representations from applicants, advocates, and solicitors. Key Responsibilities Conduct statutory and non-statutory reviews of housing decisions. Investigate cases thoroughly and assess all available evidence. Prepare clear, detailed, and legally compliant review determinations. Ensure compliance with housing and homelessness legislation. Liaise with applicants, legal representatives, and partner agencies. Maintain accurate case records and produce reports as required. Contribute to service improvements and policy development.
