Reviews and Complaints Team Manager
A London Local Authority is seeking an experienced Reviews and Complaints Manager to lead on statutory reviews and complaints within a housing service, reporting into the Allocations Service Manager.You will be managing a team of 3 Complaints Officers and 1 Reviews Officer, with a primary focus on overseeing a high volume of complaints, alongside statutory housing reviews. Ensuring responses are robust, timely and compliant with legislation and corporate standards.Key RequirementsStrong experience managing complaints and/or statutory housing reviewsPrevious experience managing staff within a housing or local authority settingKnowledge of Housing Act legislation (Part VI and VII)Experience responding to stage 1 and 2 complaints, ombudsman enquiries and escalationsAbility to produce high-quality, defensible responses within tight deadlinesStrong stakeholder management and ability to work across servicesExperience improving processes, performance and complaint handling standardsDetails1 day in office a week 350- 400 per day6-month initial contractInterested?
