Previous experience within financial services is advantageous, particularly in preparing valuations, although full training can be provided for the right candidate.Working closely with Financial Planners and support teams, you will play a vital role in preparing client review packs that form an essential part of the ongoing financial planning process.The RoleAs a Review Pack Coordinator, you will be responsible for producing comprehensive and accurate review packs for client meetings. Your attention to detail and commitment to quality will be crucial, as the information you prepare will be presented directly to clients by Financial Planners.Key ResponsibilitiesPreparing client valuations for review meetings, including obtaining information directly from providers and utilising electronic valuation feedsUpdating and maintaining accurate client records on the Intelligent Office (IO) databaseCalculating Costs and Charges for the previous 12-month periodProducing FE Analytics reports and Provider X-Ray reportsEnsuring ..... full job details .....
