Join a leading independent technology and services provider as Reverse Line Operative!Job Overview:We are hiring a Warehouse Operative to manage returns and support customer warranty claims within SLA in a service logistics warehouse, requiring strong accuracy, attention to detail, and experience with administration, SAP, and web portals. You will handle serial number and asset tracking while working closely with the team to process reverse-line warranty claims for vendors such as HP, Lenovo, and Dell. Strong communication, teamwork, and a proactive, reliable work ethic are essential for success in this role.Location: Hatfield (AL10 9TW)Rate: £14.08 per hour (PAYE) OR £18.27 per hour (via a Hays Approved Umbrella Company), in-scope IR35Contract Length: 02- Nov -2026 to 05 - May -2026Hours: Monday to Friday (11:00 AM - 07:00 PM)Main ResponsibilitiesReceipting of components and devices received from field engineers from break/fix calls using multiple ERP systems to process those parts through the scrap, store, repair, or warranty routes.Updating SAP accuratelyCorrectly identify all vendor partsWorking with our courier partnersChecking the warranty on all vendors web portals and accurately processing accordinglyManaging the Service Level Agreement (SLA)Using Excel to maintain the reporting for all vendors.Maintaining the accuracy of serial and asset trackingBe meticulous when scanning components/devices onto the next stage of the process.Maintain high levels of housekeeping.Key ..... full job details .....
