Tate are working with a local authority in their search for a Council Tax &amp; Revenues Officer to join their team in a remote-working role. You will take ownership of accounts, deliver a responsive service to citizens and businesses, and help maximise collection while treating each customer''s circumstances fairly.   The role    Administer Council Tax and Business Rates accounts, ensuring accurate and prompt billing, collection and recovery.  Obtain and assess information to determine local taxation liability in accordance with legislation, including discounts, reliefs and exemptions.  Accurately update and maintain revenues databases.  Respond appropriately to enquiries from citizens, businesses and agents, and action amendments to accounts.
