Revenue Protection Assistant Location: Greater Belfast Area (Own transport or access to public transport is essential) Duration: Temporary (6-8 Weeks Initially, Ongoing Potential) Salary: £25,000 - £30,000 DOE (£12.82 - £15.38 per hour) Hours: 37.5 hours per week (Monday to Thursday 8.30am - 5.00pm, Friday 8.30am - 3.45pm) Hybrid Working: Up to 2 days per week from home following successful completion of training Join a Leading Utilities Company Apple Recruitment is delighted to be recruiting a Revenue Protection Assistant on behalf of a leading utilities company based in the Greater Belfast Area. This is an excellent opportunity for an organised and customer-focused individual to join the Billing Team on a temporary basis, initially covering a period of sick leave, with the possibility of extension. The successful candidate will support revenue protection activities, customer billing accuracy, debt recovery processes, and customer account management. Working closely with the Revenue Protection Lead, you will play an important role in identifying situations where revenue may be at risk, ensuring customers are accurately billed for the services they have consumed, and supporting wider revenue assurance activities. Key Responsibilities Deliver excellent customer service and resolve customer queries and complaints. Support debt recovery and credit management activities.
