Working as part of the Warrant Recovery team, you will liaise with third parties and resolve any issues that may occur during in progress warrants.Day to day, you will;case manage raised enquires regarding customer smart meters, which have abnormal activity alerts; communicate with engineers and third-party warrant organisations to manage and resolve issues related to warrants;audit third party warrant jobs to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements; Who are we looking for?
