This is a key role that sits at the intersection of Sales, Marketing, and Customer Success, responsible for driving Sales and CS productivity and revenue generation through Systems, Processes, Enablement, and Measurement. Administer HubSpot CRM across Sales and Customer Success use casesAssess, Implement, and Manage Sales productivity tools and integrations between HubSpot (e.g. LinkedIn Sales Navigator, data enrichment tools, CS platforms)Monitor and improve Sales intelligence, data hygiene, and processesReporting and Analytics
Build and maintain actionable reports and dashboards across pipeline, bookings, churn, and customer lifecycle metrics, analyse performance, and drive initiatives to help improve performance where applicableProvide regular reporting to key stakeholders, including revenue forecasting supportDefine and maintain a consistent set of KPIs and operational definitions across Marketing, Sales, and CSProcess Design and Optimizations
Map and optimise lead management processes, sales qualification, pipeline progression, onboarding, and renewal processesImplement and iterate on lead routing, territory rules, and deal stage frameworks within HubSpotIdentify friction in the funnel and drive continuous improvementsPlanning and Forecasting
Support annual and quarterly revenue planning cycles (e.g. pipeline modelling, capacity planning, quota setting)Partner with Marketing Operations and Sales leaders on lead scoring, attribution modelling, and campaign impact analysisAnalyse win/loss data, customer trends, and expansion/churn metrics to inform strategyCross functional Enablement
Work with (head of Ops) (Ops lead) to act as the operational bridge between Marketing, Sales, and CS teamsDeliver training, documentation, and reporting/metrics to ensure teams are enabled and using tools and processes correctlyWhat We\''re Looking For
3-6 years of experience in Revenue Operations, Sales Operations, or Go-To-Market Operations in a B2B SaaS environmentStrong proficiency with HubSpot CRM (ideally including Sales Hub, reporting, workflows, custom objects)Data-driven mindset with experience building dashboards and analysing funnel metricsProcess-oriented, with experience mapping and improving GTM workflowsStrong cross-functional collaboration skills and ability to translate business needs into operational systemsBenefits
