maximise revenue, profitability, and RevPARby developing and executing strategic pricing decisions across all marketsegments and distribution channels. You will be the key driver of commercialperformance, partnering closely with sales, marketing, e-commerce, andoperations teams — while having autonomy to make real impact.Key Responsibilities:Design and implement multi-segment pricing strategies to maximise
RevPARand EBITDA .Daily oversight and management of Duetto’s pricing rules andtactical adjustments by market segment and room type.Monitor production across
GDS, IDS, brand.com, direct bookings ,and other key channels.Deliver weekly and monthly
forecasts and budgets , aligningwith departmental heads to create actionable strategies.Champion
OTA disintermediation
by optimising direct channelsand loyalty programs.Leverage tools including
Duetto, Opera Cloud, Power BI, andHarmony
to drive high-accuracy forecasting and insightful reporting.Prepare and lead compelling presentations for senior leadership andbusiness review meetings.Oversee
group and event revenue
quoting process to ensurealignment with overall hotel strategy.Support MandE, marketing, and sales teams with strategic insightsand pricing guidance.Requirements:·Minimum 2/3 years’ experience
in revenue management role within a
luxury or five-star hotel environment .·Expertise in
Duetto, Power BI, Opera Cloud , and other revenuemanagement systems.·Advanced Excel proficiency with strong analytical modelling skills(e.g., INDEX-MATCH, PivotTables, array formulas).·In-depth knowledge of the
London hotel market
