Revenue Manager

As
Revenue Manager,
you will report to both the General Manager and Group Revenue Manager, with key responsibilities including:
Developing and implementing room revenue strategies to maximise profitability
Managing pricing and availability across all distribution channels
Meeting and exceeding monthly revenue targets
Collaborating with other hotels in the group to align revenue approaches
Identifying new commercial opportunities and market trends
Supporting the growth of MandE and FandB revenue streams
RequirementsMinimum of 2 years experience in a Revenue Supervisor/Manager role within the hospitality sector
Strong track record of exceeding revenue goals
Commercially savvy with a strategic, data-led approach
Proficiency in revenue management systems (OPERA or similar)
Confident communicator and team collaborator
